Not every problem can be fixed by remote control. Certain issues will need an in home or office appointment-which Dominion Technologies can help you with as well.
All information transmitted between your computer and our technicians is confidential and protected. We do not gather information from your PC and we cannot get into your PC without your permission. In order to start a Remote Support session, you have to contact one of our technicians to start the process. When the session has come to an end, our software is thoroughly removed from your PC.
While the technician is repairing your computer, you can stay on the phone with them or go about your day. The technician will call you back and let you know that the job has been completed. It couldn’t be more simple.
Since we never have to travel to your location and can accomplish other tasks while performing a remote support session, our rate for this service is lower than what you'd pay for an on-site visit.
